There is a way to fight back against low wages. You have to understand your economic value. Yes, it is a controversial thing to say in today’s world where we fight for equality in humanity. But what you bring to the table determines your economic value. Do you think this is unfair? If you work produce more than your coworker, don’t you think you have a higher economic value?
The demand for the skills that you have in relation to how many others have that same skill determines your economic value. Gain skills that are not common but that are in demand. Then find another job.
